A free Webinar on “Mental Health Awareness & COVID-19” by Dr Owen P. Kelly was held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM (EST). The webinar addressed questions and strategies related to managing the stress.
OFIC organized a National Diwali volunteer recognition dinner at East India Co., Robertson Rd. Ottawa. Recognition certificates were signed by Todd Doherty. His Excellency Mr Ajay Bisaria, High Commission of India to Canada graciously handed over the recognition certificate to each volunteer.
